大学生社会实践项目化管理的探索与实践

摘要

Social practice is an important way to promote students, and an innovative management model is practically significant to college students who take social practice as a platform for their development. This paper expounds the status and function of college students’social practice in the new era, and assumes the process of building the social practice project management model. On the basis of the practical work, the paper introduces some working experience formed in applying project management to students’ social practice in the colleges and universities.%社会实践是大学生成长成才的重要途径，创新社会实践管理模式对大学生以实践为平台的锻炼具有现实意义。本文阐述了新时期大学生社会实践的地位及功能，构建了社会实践项目化管理的过程模型，并在实践的基础上，介绍了高校社会实践工中运用项目化管理形成的基本工作经验。
