目的：采用高效液相色谱法同时测定新橙皮苷、柚皮苷、欧前胡素和异欧前胡素含量，以控制辛芳鼻炎胶囊的质量。方法 Capcell PAK C18色谱柱（4.6 mm ×250 mm，5μm），甲醇-水梯度洗脱，检测波长230 nm，柱温25℃，流速1.0 mL·min -1。结果新橙皮苷、柚皮苷、欧前胡素和异欧前胡素的线性范围分别为0.08392~4.196μg（r =0.9999）、0.08368~4.184μg（r =0.9998）、0.02448~1.224μg（r =0.9999）、0.0228~1.14μg（r =0.9999）。结论该方法简便可行，重复性好，可用来评价辛芳鼻炎胶囊的质量。%Objective To establish a methods for the simultaneous determination of neohesperidin,naringin,imperator-in and isoimperatorin in Xinfang Rhinitis Capsules by HPLC and control its quality. Conclusion The method was simple,accurate and can be used for the quality supervisory of Xinfang Rhinitis Capsules.
