基于V MI的车辆器材供应链模型研究

             

摘要

Against the backdrop of a two-stage supply chain involving a supplier and a military vehicle material procurement center, this paper first establishes the traditional self-storage benefit model and VMI benefit model of military vehicle equipment,both of which are based on the newsboy model, then compares and analyzes, under these two models and with actual examples,the changes of the wholesale price and order quantity of the vehicle equipment.The numerical analysis shows that the implement of VMI can not only reduce the wholesale price of vehicle equipment,increase the order quantity,and improve the optimal benefit of the vehicle equipment supply chain,but also reduce the loss caused by shortage of stock and relieve the double marginal effect and bullwhip effect to a certain extent.%以一个供应商和军方车材采购中心的两阶段供应链为背景,构建基于报童模型的部队车辆器材传统自储效益模型和 VMI效益模型,对比分析两种模型下车辆器材批发价和订货量的变化情况,同时给出了相关实例进行验证。数值分析表明:VMI的实施使车辆器材的批发价格降低,订货量增加,车辆器材供应链的最优效益提高,并且减少了缺货带来的损失,还在一定程度上减轻了双重边际效应和牛鞭效应。
