规范伦理教育在妇产科护理学模拟教学中的应用

         

摘要

目的 探讨规范伦理教育在妇产科护理学模拟教学中的应用效果.方法 整群选取2014级本科护生59名为对照组,2015级本科护生55名为研究组.对照组妇产科护理学采用常规模拟教学法,研究组在模拟教学中融入规范伦理教育.结果 研究组课程结束后临床技能成绩、对伦理的认知显著优于对照组,且对提高伦理意识、人文关怀和隐私保护意识、伦理思维能力、分析解决问题能力及促进护理技能的理解掌握等方面教学效果的评价显著优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01).结论 妇产科护理学模拟教学中融入规范伦理教育有助于提高护生的伦理意识、伦理思维能力,并促进专科护理技能的理解掌握,有助于人文教育和护理专业教育的结合.%Objective To explore the effect of ethical education integrated into simulation based training in Gynecology and Obstetrics Nursing.Methods Fifty nine nursing undergraduates of Grade 2014 were cluster selected and treated as control group to receive tra ditional simulation based training,while 55 nursing undergraduates of Grade 2015 were served as study group and received alternative simulation-based training that was integrated with ethical knowledge.Results Clinical performance exam score,perception of ethics,as well as students' feedbacks of teaching effect including enhancing ethical awareness,humanistic care and privacy protec tion,ethical thinking ability,problem-solving ability,and helping master nursing skills,were significantly better in the study group than those in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion Integrating ethical education into simulation based training in Gynecology and Obstetrics Nursing is beneficial to improve nursing students'ethical awareness,ethical thinking ability,and mas tery of nursing skills.Moreover,it facilitates combination of humanistic education and professional education.
