目的 探讨微课联合翻转课堂在手术室临床护理教学中的应用效果.方法 按时间段将72名手术室实习护生分为对照组和观察组各36名.对照组行常规临床护理教学,观察组采用微课联合翻转课堂教学方法.结果 实习结束,观察组理论成绩和临床操作成绩显著高于对照组(均P<0.01),观察组老师和学生满意度互评结果显著优于对照组(P<0.05、P<0.01),观察组对微课联合翻转课堂教学效果评价的赞同率均>80%.结论 将微课联合翻转课堂教学用于手术室护理教学,能促进实习护生对理论知识和实践技能的掌握.%Objective To explore the application effect of micro lecture combining with flipped classroom in clinical nursing teaching in operating room.Methods Totally 72 nursing interns in operating room were divided into a control group and an observation group chronologically,with 36 students in each group.The control group received routine clinical nursing teaching,while the observation group used a new teaching model of micro lecture combining with flipped classroom.Results At the end of the internship,the theoretical scores and clinical skill scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.01 for both),the mutual satisfaction of teachers and nursing students in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.05,P<0.01),and more than 80% students in the observation group recognized the teaching model of micro-lecture combining with flipped classroom.Conclusion Application of micro-lecture combining with flipped classroom in clinical nursing teaching in operating room,is conducive to improve nursing interns to grasp theoretical knowledge and clinical skills.
