摘要

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of microlecture combined with Wechat in classroom teaching of Emergency Nursing. Methods Totally 113 students from Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine were included as the study group(n=56)and the control group(n=57). Both two groups received the course of Emergency Nursing by traditional teaching method, and the microlecture combined with Wechat as an assisted instruction was carried out in the study group. The final exam grades, teaching effect and satisfaction of students to teaching methodology were compared between two groups. Results The final examination results and teaching effect evaluation were higher in the study group than those in the control group, with significant difference(P0.05). the satisfaction degree to teaching methodology was higher in the study group than that of controls, with a significant difference(P0.05). Conclusion Microlecture combined with Wechat is an effective tool to improve the teaching quality in classroom teaching of Emergency Nursing.
机译:摘要:目的探讨微讲座结合微信在急诊护理课堂教学中的作用。方法将广州中医药大学的113名学生作为研究组(n = 56)和对照组(n = 57)。两组均采用传统的教学方法进行急诊护理课程的学习,并在研究组中进行了以微信为辅助指导的微讲座。比较两组的期末考试成绩,教学效果和学生对教学方法的满意度。结果研究组的期末考试成绩和教学效果评价均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。研究组对教学方法的满意程度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论微课与微信相结合是提高急诊护理课堂教学质量的有效工具。
