FOCUS-PDCA模式在耳鼻喉科择期手术患者术前准备中的应用研究

摘要

Objective To explore the application effect of FOCUS-PDCA in the preoperative preparation of patients undergoing elective surgery in otorhinolaryngology wards.Methods Totally, 431 elective surgery patients were selected as the control group and received routine preoperative preparations.And 452 elective surgery patients were selected as the experimental group and received preoperative preparation based on FOCUS-PDCA model.Through "Find" "Organize" "Clarify" "Understand" and "Select" 5 steps, the problems of preoperative preparation were focused.Through "Plan" "Do" "Check" and "Act" 4 steps, the dificiencies of preoperative preparation were improved continously.Results After application of FOCUS-PDCA, there were statistically significant differences between the two groups on preoperative preparation defect rate, operation delay rate and patient satisfaction (P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion Application of FOCUS-PDCA in patients' preoperative preparation achieves nursing services standardization and improves the satisfaction of hospitalization experience, ensures the smooth implementation of surgery, so as to provide a continuous perioperative nursing quality management.%目的 探讨基于FOCUS-PDCA模式在耳鼻喉科病房择期手术患者术前准备中的应用效果.方法 选取431例择期手术患者为对照组, 对其实施常规的术前准备;选取452例择期手术患者为试验组, 对其实施FOCUS-PDCA模式的术前准备:通过发现问题, 组织, 澄清, 理解, 选择5步骤聚焦术前准备存在问题, 以详细了解术前准备存在的缺陷环节, 改进问题阶段按照计划, 实施, 检查, 执行4个步骤对术前准备主要缺陷进行持续质量改进.结果 试验组患者在术前准备缺陷率、手术延误发生率及患者满意度3个方面与对照组比较差异均有统计学意义 (P<0.01或P<0.05) .结论 将FOCUS-PDCA应用于耳鼻喉科病房择期手术患者术前准备, 实现了护理服务的标准化和规范化, 提高了患者及家属的住院体验, 保证了手术的顺利实施, 为开展持续的围手术期护理质量管理提供了科学的参考依据.
