Food safety education ,as a basic defensive measure ,plays a fundamental and guiding role in the whole food safety guarantee system ,w hich is related directly to the ultimate goal of rural food safety governance .Based on the fact that unrealistically radical change of Urban-Rural Dualistic Governance Structure in the short term and the weak supervision in rural area in China ,it is an effective way of promoting rural public participation to ensure rural food safety by building rural food safety education system from the view of collaborative governance and inter-national experiences .For this purpose ,as far as rural food safety education is concerned ,the main measures are as follows:fully understanding the basic strategic position and great importance of rural food safety education ,accel-erating the food safety education legislation ,establishing a stable system of rural food safety education institutions , enriching and innovating the contents and forms of rural food safety education ,expanding the rural food safety edu-cation channels and ways .%食品安全教育在整个食品安全治理体系中起着基础性和先导性的作用 ,是农村食品安全长效治理的基础性防御环节.目前 ,我国城乡二元社会体制格局在短期内难以发生实质性改变 ,农村食品安全监管体系和执法力量薄弱.借鉴国际经验 ,从食品安全协同治理的视角出发 ,通过构建农村食品安全教育体系 ,推动农村社会公众广泛参与农村食品安全监管 ,是实现农村食品安全长效治理目标的有效途径.为此 ,须充分认识农村食品安全教育在食品安全治理体系中的基础性战略地位 ,加快推进食品安全教育立法 ,建立稳定的农村食品安全教育机构体系 ,丰富和创新农村食品安全教育的内容与形式 ,拓展农村食品安全教育渠道和途径 ,以此推进我国农村食品安全教育体系建设.
