基于Web的肉牛屠宰质量安全可追溯系统研究与设计

         

摘要

为了保证内牛屠宰流程的质量安全,运用HACCP体系规范整个屠宰流程,确定肉牛屠宰质量安全控制的关键点信息;采用B/S模式结构体系,构建基于Web的肉牛屠宰质量安全可追溯系统模块;并结合全球统一标识系统(EAN·UCC),设计追溯编码方案.该系统对内牛屠宰质量安全控制的关键环节信息进行追溯,为肉牛屠宰管理及质量安全监控提供良好的操作平台.%To ensure quality safety of beef slaughter process, in this paper, the whole slaughter process was specified using HACCP system and key information of quality safety control of beef slaughter was confirmed. Then, function module of quality safety traceability system of beef slaughter was constructed based on Web by using B/S mode structure system. Finally, tracing coding scheme was designed combining with global identification system (EAN ·UCC). The system was able to trace back key process information on quality safety information of beef slaughter, so as to offer excellent platform for beef slaughter management and quality safety control.
