CEA、CA199、CA724及HSP60在胃癌患者血清中的表达及应用价值

Objective:To explore the expression and application values of tumor markers carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),car-bohydrate antigen19-9 (CA199),carbohydrate antigen7-24 (CA724)and heat shock protein60 (HSP60)in the serum of patients with gastric cancer.Methods:Electrochemiluminescence immunoassay and enzyme linked immunosorbent assays were used to detect the lev-els of serum CEA,CA199,CA724 and HSP60 in gastric cancer group and normal control group,so as to analyze their relationships with lymph node metastasis and clinical stages of gastric cancer as well as the positive rates of single and combined detection of above four indexes.Results:The expression levels of CEA,CA199,CA724 and HSP60 were markedly higher in gastric cancer group than those in control group,and there were significant differences (P<0.05).The positive rates of serum CEA,CA199,CA724 and HSP60 were in close association with lymph node metastasis and clinical stages of gastric cancer (P<0.05).The positive rate of the combined detec-tion of above fours indexes was 74.36%,evidently higher than that of single detection (P<0.05 ).Conclusion:The levels of serum CEA,CA199,CA724 and HSP60 were closely associated with the occurrence and development of gastric cancer,and the combined de-tection of the level changes of above four indexes is of great significance in the diagnosis of gastric cancer and the evaluation of disease changes.%目的：探讨肿瘤标记物癌胚抗原（CEA）、糖类抗原19-9（CA199）、糖类抗原7-24（CA724）及热休克蛋白60（HSP60）在胃癌患者血清中的表达及应用价值。方法：采用电化学发光法和酶联免疫法检测胃癌组与正常对照组血清 CEA、CA199、CA724及HSP60水平，分析其与胃癌淋巴转移、临床分期的关系及4项指标单一、联合检测的阳性率。结果：CEA、CA199、CA724及HSP60在胃癌组中的表达明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）；血清CEA、CA199、CA724及 HSP60的阳性率与胃癌淋巴转移、临床分期有关（P＜0．05）；4项指标联合检测阳性率达74．36％，明显高于单项指标检测（P＜0．05）。结论：胃癌患者血清CEA、CA199、CA724及HSP60水平与胃癌的发生、发展关系密切，联合检测血清水平变化对胃癌诊断及病情变化的判断具有重要意义。
