ROC曲线分析糖化血红蛋白作为糖尿病诊断标准的应用

             

摘要

Objective: To study the ROC curve analysis of glycated hemoglobin as a diagnostic standard of application in diabetes. Method: Choose 100 patients with diabetes, people with pre-diabetes 100 cases, 100 cases of normal glucose tolerance (NGT), are collected in May 2013 to May 2013, 75g glucose tolerance test, and glycosylated hemoglobin,2 h postprandial blood glucose, fasting blood sugar and other indicators are measured at the same time. Results:a1c 6.4%or higher as the point of tangency, the specificity of the diagnosis of type 2 diabetes was 0.889, the sensitivity of 0.803; By 6.5% or more to the point of tangency, specificity of 0.949, the sensitivity of 0.656, drawn by ROC curve, the best point of contact for 6.4%. Conclusion: The diagnosis of type 2 diabetes, glycosylated hemoglobin can be used as one of the criteria for the diagnosis of glycosylated hemoglobin in 6.4% or more, the best point of contact for diagnosis.%目的:探讨ROC曲线分析糖化血红蛋白在糖尿病中作为诊断标准的应用特点。方法:选取糖尿病患者100例、糖尿病前期患者100例、糖耐量正常(NGT)者100例,均为2013年5月~2014年5月收集,行75g葡萄糖耐量测试,并对糖化血红蛋白、餐后2h血糖、空腹血糖等指标同时进行测定。结果:糖化血红蛋白以≥6.4%为切点时,诊断2型糖尿病的特异性为0.889,敏感性为0.803;以≥6.5%为切点时,特异性为0.949,敏感性为0.656;通过ROC曲线绘制,最佳切点为6.4%。结论:2型糖尿病诊断中,糖化血红蛋白可作为诊断标准之一,糖化血红蛋白在6.4%及以上时,为诊断的最佳切点。
