校企合作培养“卓越工程师”

摘要

＂Excellent Engineer Training Program＂ is major measures of higher engineering education reform which vigorously promote by the Ministry of education, while practice teaching is not only the essential link of Engineering Colleges but also the content which was major reformed in ＂ Excellence program＂. This paper analyzed problems in engineering education practice teaching link carried out by colleges and universities,putted forward the education ide- as and conception of practice teaching system in engineering education, and it has done some beneficial exploration in some aspects such as the link of practical teaching, the experiment course system reform,enterprise participation and promote school-enterprise alliance aimed at ＂ Excellence program＂ practice teaching link.%＂卓越工程师培养计划＂是教育部大力推进的高等工程教育改革的重大措施,而实践教学是工科类院校必不可少的重要环节,也是＂卓越计划＂中需要重点改革的内容,本文分析了高等院校工程教育实践教学环节存在的问题,提出了工程教育中实践教学体系建设的思路及构想,并针对＂卓越计划＂的实践教学环节,在实验课程体系改革、企业深度参与、促进校企联合等方面做了一些有益的探索。
