Based on the processing writing theory and interactive writing theory ,this research emphasizes the impor-tance of student-centered teaching method ,and considers the writing process as the cognitive procedure which may train learners to acquire the writing skills through peer review .It stresses on cultivating students strategy manage-ment and cognitive competence during the English writing process .Meanwhile ,it composes a scientific and effective English writing peer review system .%以过程写作理论和互动写作理论为研究基础,强调以学生为中心,将写作视为同伴相互反馈来解决问题的认知过程,以培养和提高学生的英语写作能力为目标,把写作教学的重点放在培养学生在写作过程中的认知能力和策略运用,形成一套科学高效的英语写作同伴反馈机制,从而丰富发展过程写作和互动写作理论。
