以江西省抚州市12所高中38名高中数学教师为研究对象,从课改意识、专业知识、教学内容、教学科研等方面对高中数学教师的新课程适应性现状进行了问卷调查与分析,找出其适应过程中存在的主要问题与不足,并从教师自身和课程实施的外部保障条件两方面提出了提高高中数学教师新课程适应度的对策。% This study surveyed 38 maths teachers from 12 high schools in Fuzhou City, Jiangxi Province by questionnaire and interviews to explore the problems and solutions of their adaptability to the new curriculum from the dimensions of reform awareness, special knowledge, teaching content and teaching research. It, therefore, puts forward some suggestions on improving maths teachers’ adaptability from the perspective of internal and external requirements.
