现代大学制度下的“教授治学”路径研究

摘要

从“教授治校”和“教授治学”，学术之治和大学之治等几个层面深入辨析现代大学制度下“教授治学”的内涵属性，指出在大学章程等外部制度保障下，要依托学科等基层学术组织建设，建立健全的学术权力运行体系，并对推进现代大学制度建设，激发高校办学活力和生产力具有重要意义。%The article aims to examine the attributions of professors’ governance under the modern university system from the aspects of“professors’ government”and“professors’ governance”,“university management”and“academic governance”. It assumes that a perfect institution for academic authority operation, based on university statutes and grassroots academic disciplinary organizations, provides an important path to materialize the professors’ governance, which is of great significance to promote the establishment of modern university system and stimulate the vitality and productivity of universities.
