试论新生代农民工教育培训的障碍和对策——以宁波市江北区为例

摘要

The education and training job for new generation of migrant workers related to regional economic development and social harmony and stability.Considering the condition of Jiangbei District of Ningbo City,there are still obstacles blocking new generation of migrant workers from receiving good education.We should find some methods including government leading,financial investment,improving service,training program in order to do a better job on the education and training job for the new generation of migrant workers.%新生代农民工的教育培训问题关系到区域经济发展和社会和谐稳定。结合宁波市江北区的实际,当前新生代农民工融入城市接受教育存在种种障碍。要通过政府引领、经费投入、完善服务、课程培训等途径和方法,切实做好新生代农民工教育培训工作。
