论我国农村教师教育课程的应然取向

             

摘要

农村教师是农村教育质量保障的关键。当前,我国农村教师不稳定是制约农村教育发展的“瓶颈”。随着农村教育管理体制和教育经费投入体制的完善、免费师范生制度的实施等,我国已从“制度”层面为农村师资的稳定提供了保障。但是,我们认为仅靠政府“制度性”的规定还不够,还需要加强农村教师培养制度、教师教育课程的改革,开展“农村知识”教育或课程学习,提高农村教师的“农村”情感;农村教师教育课程应该具有“农村”特色与“务农”意识。%Rural teachers are the guarantee for the teaching quality in rural areas. At present, the unsteadiness of rural teachers is the bottle neck for the development of rural education. With the improvement of management system and investment system for rural education, and the implementation of free enrollment of normal students, our country has already provided the system guarantee for the rural teachers. However, we think it is far from enough to depend only on government's regulation. We need to strengthen the training of rural teachers and the reformation of their educational curricula. Further, we can open the courses concerning countryside in an attempt to improve teachers' rural feelings. In a word, the rural teachers' educational curricula should be characterized with countryside and farming consciousness.
