大学生就业质量内涵的文献综述研究

摘要

毕业生就业率的评价不能从根本上反映毕业生就业质量的高低。以定性研究为主要方法、以个人收入或报酬为中心内容的就业质量研究观，必将被以定量研究为方法、基于意愿就业的情况下以个人满意度为核心内容，反映劳动者在劳动过程中的心理体验、与生产过程中投入与产出的优劣程度的就业质量观取代。%The evaluation of graduates' employment rate cannot reflect the quality of their employment. And the view of research of employment with qualitative study as the main method and personal income or reward as the core content will be in- evitably replaced by the quantative method, personal satisfaction on the basis of willing employment, and the view of employ- ment quality which reflects the laborers's psychological experience in their work, investment and quality of output.
