从师生有效互动看高师学生的职业素质养成

摘要

The effective teacher-student interaction involves three fundamental elements: two-way process, educational content and comprehensiveness. In classroom teaching, the inadequacy of teachers' quality results in empty in content and lack of education or the asymmetric interaction. This will influence students' knowledge acquisition, ability training, moral cultivation and values formation. To cope with the above problems, normal university students should improve their quality in the following three aspects:establishing the students-oriented conception, laying solid foundation of their major and improving their ability in organizing and piloting classes.%师生有效互动包括三要素：过程的双向性、内容的教育性和效果的系统综合性。在课堂教学中,因为教师职业素质的欠缺,造成师生互动有形无实、缺乏教育性或互动失衡,影响了学生的知识习得、能力培养、情感熏陶和价值建立。针对上述问题,高师学生需在三个方面养成职业素质：确立真正以学生为本的理念、练就丰厚扎实的学科功力和良好的组织和驾驭课堂教学的能力。
