果胶纤维素复合磁性微球制备及吸附性能

             

摘要

采用果胶和纤维素包覆具有磁性的四氧化三铁纳米颗粒制备一种复合磁性微球,并通过红外光谱、差热分析、XRD 和扫描电镜对其表征.探讨了吸附时间,吸附剂用量,Cu2+的初始浓度以及溶液 pH 对磁性微球吸附Cu2+效果的影响.结果表明:复合磁性微球的用量50 mg,吸附时间1.0 h,铜离子的初始浓度为100μg/mL,溶液的 pH 为3.4左右时,吸附量最佳,达到49.96 mg/g.%Magnetic oxide nanoparticles were prepared by combining magnetic microspheres with pectin and cellulose, which was characterized by IR,TG/DTA,XRD and SEM.The effects of absorption conditions,such as the adsorbent dosage, adsorption time,initial concentration of Cu2+ and pH value of the solution,were systemically investigated.The results showed that the best adsorption quantity was 49.96 mg/g when the effective adsorption time of composite magnetic microspheres was 1.0 h, the dosage was 50 mg,the initial copper ion concentration was 100 μg/ml,and the best pH of the solution was about 3.40.
