The representation of the Drazin inverse for block matrix (ACB0) is given under conditions ADBC =0,ABCAπ =0,which generalizes the result of Chunyuan Deng in[12].Also,the representation of the Drazin inverse for block matrix (ACB0) is given under conditions BCAAD=0,AπBC=0.%给出了分块矩阵(ACB0)在满足ADBC =0,ABCAπ =0时的Drazin逆表达式,推广了[12]的结论；并且也给出了分块矩阵(ACB0)在BCAAD =0,AπBC =0时的Drazin逆表达式.
