硅胶表面辛基酚分子印迹聚合物的制备及其吸附性能研究

         

摘要

以硅胶为载体、辛基酚为模板分子、氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(APTES)为功能单体、正硅酸乙酯(rTEOS)为交联剂,采用溶胶-凝胶技术制备了辛基酚分子印迹聚合物和空白印迹聚合物.通过扫描电镜、红外光谱、热重、吸附平衡实验等多种手段对制备的印迹聚合物和空白印迹聚合物进行了结构表征和吸附性能测试.结果表明,采用溶胶-凝胶法成功制备了辛基酚分子印迹聚合物,而且所制备的印迹聚合物对辛基酚模板分子具有明显的特异选择性,印迹聚合物对模板分子的去除率高达75.3%.动力学吸附性实验证明,吸附饱和时间较短,在18 min左右,且具有较强的稳定性.%Octyl phenol molecularly imprinted polymer (MIP) and blank imprinted polymer (BIP) were prepared by a sol-gel method using silica gel as a carrier,APTES as functional monomer and TEOS as crosslinking agent.The structure and adsorption properties of the as-prepared MIP and BIP were characterized by scan electron microscopy,infrared spectroscopy,thermal gravimetric and adsorption measurements.The experimental results show that the octyl phenol MIP has been successfully synthesized by the sol-gel method.The as-prepared MIP exhibits a specific selectivity for the template molecule and can remove the template molecules with a rate of 75.3%.The dynamic adsorption results show that the saturated adsorption time is 18 minutes.The MIP exhibits strong adsorption stability.
