基于结构方程模型的高校辅导员职业认同度影响因素研究

     

摘要

This study looks into the relationship concerning the degree of university students' counselors' professional esteem resulting from four latent variables, including personal recognition, students recognition, university recognition, and social recognition. It also examines fourteen variables including the counselor's enthusiasm for work, professional knowledge and job satisfaction, etc. The results show that this model produces good results and can be applied to practice. At the same time, it offers some advices for enhancing the students' counselors' professional esteem by providing them with more specified guidance, career development opportunities and job incentives.%应用结构方程模型对高校辅导员职业认同度中的个人认同、学生认同、学校认同、社会认同4个潜变量以及辅导员工作积极性、辅导员对大学生思政教育专业知识掌握程度、辅导员工作成就感等14个观测变量之间的关系进行了实证研究,结果表明此模型拟合效果较好,可应用于分析实践。同时从加强辅导员的分类引导,为辅导员提供职业发展空间,健全辅导员激励机制,提升学生、行政人员对辅导员职业认同度三个方面提出辅导员职业认同度的建议。
