转型背景下提高高校土木工程专业实践教学质量的对策

Practical teaching plays a very important part in the civil engineering specialty personnel training system.In order to improve the quality of civil engineering professional technical personnel training quality under the background of transformation of university, the thesis analyzes the characteristics and problems of the practical teaching of civil engineering specialty in universities at present, combined with the actual characteristics of local universities.Practical teaching system for the practical talents cultivation of civil engineering specialty is constructed based on basic skills, professional skills, comprehensive skills and professional skills, which provide the research basis for the cultivation of high quality talents in civil engineering.%以地方本科高校转型发展为背景,以提高土木工程专业应用技术人才培养质量为目标.针对高校土木工程专业实践教学特点和存在的问题,结合地方院校实际特点,基于基本能力、专业技能、综合技能、职业技能四个核心层面,构建土木工程专业技术应用型人才培养的实践教学体系,为培养当代高素质土木工程专业人才提供研究依据.
