江苏省高校就业指导课程设置情况的调查与分析

         

摘要

The research carries out a survey in three regions in Jiangsu Province from the perspective of students, so as to probe into the employment guidance curriculum and students' attitudes, and we have found problems of employment guidance curriculum in colleges and universities in Jiangsu province. Results show that overall satisfaction of college students with the employment guidance curriculum is poor, and the differences exist between majors and regions; the expertise professionalism of employment guidance curriculum needs to be improved; employment guidance curriculum needs to take a more diversified teaching methods to meet the diversified needs of students; employment guidance curriculum needs to focus on the occupation moral training and occupation career planning; the time arrangement of employment guidance curriculum needs to have a more scientific planning; employment guidance curriculum should pay more attention to practical problems. The curriculum reform recommendations are proposed through analysis and discussion based on the survey data: the establishment of a professional teacher team; improving the curriculum management system; the establishment of a standardized curriculum system.%通过对苏北、苏中和苏南等三个地区的髙校就业指导课程开展问卷调查,了解就业指导课程的设置情况和学生的反映,进而发现江苏省高校就业指导课程存在的问题.调查发现:大学生对就业指导课程的总体满意度不佳,且存在专业和地区差异;就业指导课程的专业性有待提高;就业指导课程需要采取更加多元化的教学方式以满足多样化的需求;就业指导课程需要注重职业道德培养和职业生涯规划;就业指导课程的时间需要进行更加科学的规划;就业指导课程内容应该更加注重实际问题的解决.深化就业指导课程改革应逐步建立专业化教师队伍,健全课程管理体制,建立统一规范的课程体系.
