高职院校“双师型”师资队伍建设现状及对策研究

摘要

Construction of a high-quality double-skilled teachers team represents the objective of teaching faculty construction in vocational colleges. By discussing on the connotation of double-skilled teachers in vocational colleges, and analyzing the present status of double-skilled teachers team construction in vocational colleges, the article presents strategies for constructing double-skilled teachers team in vocational colleges.%建立一支高素质的“双师型”师资队伍，是高职院校师资队伍建设的目标之一。针对当前高职院校“双师型”师资队伍仍存在结构不合理、缺乏稳定性、引进渠道不畅、制度不完善、缺乏培训等问题，提出更新观念、建立制度、加强培训、培养青年教师、校企合作等对策。
