中国大学三学期制实践中的困境与出路

         

摘要

三学期制改革目前已成为中国大学尤其是研究型大学学期制改革的潮流和趋势,然而从现有的三学期制实践可以发现,改革虽然取得了一定的成效,但也面临着一些普遍的困境,制约着三学期制优势的发挥。本文以南京某大学的相关调查为基础,结合国内其他大学的调查情况,对这些困境做了较为系统的梳理,分析其形成原因,并据此提出六个方面较为务实的改进路径,以期对中国大学三学期制改革的理性发展提供有益的参考。%The three-term system has become a trend in the process of term reform in Chinese universities,especially in those research-oriented ones.Yet the current practice of three-term system indicates that,despite of its accomplishments,the reform is faced with some universal problems which hinder further advantages of this three-term system.Based on relevant survey studies on Nanjing University of Science and Technology and other universities,the paper gives a systematic review report on the troublesome situations,traces back to fundamental causes and puts forward proposals for improvement in six aspects.It's hoped to offer some insightful references for a rational three-term system reform in Chinese universities.
