以工程训练为载体的大学生工程文化素养培育路径探析

Faced with the increasingly serious survival and development crisis , the role of technological culture in its disciplining and guiding engineers looms large .Higher engineering education should give equal importance to cultivating undergraduates 'tech-nological culture and improving their quality of science and technology .Engineering training centers should play their due roles of bridge-bonding and renovation , scientifically design and carefully implement technological culture cultivation education , train more "engineers of the future"with both ability and morality , and contribute to the sustainable development of human beings .%在人类面临日益严峻的生存与发展危机面前，工程文化对工程师的工程“创造”行为的约束与导向作用日渐凸显。高等工程教育应将大学生的工程文化素养培育置于与科学技术素质提高的同等重要地位，发挥工程训练中心的桥梁纽带与改革引领作用，科学设计并精心保障工程文化素质教学的实施，培育更多德才兼备的“未来工程师”，为人类的可持续发展作出应有的贡献。
