新世纪以来我国城乡教育统筹发展政策之审思

         

摘要

城乡教育统筹发展是现阶段我国教育发展的重要主题,也成为教育发展的重要政策指向。新世纪以来,我国城乡教育统筹发展的政策制定与实施,已显现出鲜明的特点与亮色。从总体上看,我国城乡教育统筹发展已有清晰的政策构想,有明确的政策重心。教育发展的现实实践,已彰显出城乡教育统筹发展的政策功效与作用。在肯定政策功效之时,我们也可以认识到,现阶段城乡教育统筹发展政策之实施,也还存在种种困惑与问题。继续推进城乡教育统筹发展,需要促进政策的有效执行,并与时俱进地推进教育政策的变革与创新。%To coordinate urban and rural education development has been not only an important sub-ject of China’s education development at the current stage but also an important direction of our edu-cation development policies in the future. Since the turn of the new century,the formulation and im-plementation of the policies for Chinas urban and rural education development have shown distinctive features and characteristics. Basically,we have already had a clear policy thinking and focus to devel-op the urban and rural education in a coordinated way. The practice of education development has been manifesting the efficacy and role of urban and rural education development policies. While ac-knowledging the effectiveness of the policies,we should also recognize that there are also various con-fusions and problems in the implementation of urban and rural education development policies. To keep advancing the coordinated development of urban and rural education,we need to promote the ef-fective implementation of our policies and carry out reforms and innovations in our education policy.
