王阳明'随才成就'教育思想研究及实践

摘要

Wang Yangming is not only a fruitful educational theorist,but also an educational practitioner in ancient China.In his lifetime education practice,Wang Yangming put forward a series of advanced educational theories,and cultivated a large group of excellent talents."Giving full play to one's talents"is the important content of Wang Yangming's education philosophy.According to the research of Wang Yangming's education philosophy in Antholo-gy of Wang Yangming and his talents cultivating practice,we illustrate the connotation of"giving full play to one' s talents":multiple standards of judging the talents,strategy of"teaching students in accordance with their apti-tude",students-oriented cultivating method,and educational idea of critical thinking and independent thinking. Meanwhile,the paper briefly introduces the application of Wang Yangming's education philosophy in IT talents and its achievements.Both the theory research and education practice suggest that Wang Yangming's education philoso-phy is applicable to modern education.%王阳明不仅是中国古代卓有成就的教育理论家,也是一个教育实践家.在其一生的教育活动中,提出了一系列的先进教育理论,培养出了一大批人才."随才成就"教育理念,是王阳明教育思想中的重要内容.结合《王阳明全集》中教育思想的研究和王阳明人才培养的实践,文章阐释了"随才成就"教育思想的内涵:成才标准的多样性,"因材施教"的教学策略,以学生为本、个性化的人才培养方法,具有独立思考能力、批判性思维的人才教育观念等.同时,简单介绍了王阳明"随才成就"教育思想在信息类人才培养中的实践及取得的成果.理论研究和教育实践均说明,王阳明教育思想,对现代教育仍具有实际应用价值.
