The present invention relates to a system and a method for evaluating an educator and improving an educatees educational achievement by using artificial intelligence. The system includes: a camera module imaging a predetermined offline space and generating video data; and a server evaluating the degree of guidance execution of the educator by performing image processing on the video data. The server includes: an educator detection unit detecting the educators feature based on the video data; an educatee detection unit defining a non-educator person on the predetermined offline space as the educatee based on the video data; a guidance execution detection unit detecting the feature of the guidance execution where the detected educator guides the defined educatee based on the video data; a question action detection unit detecting the feature of a question action of questioning the detected educator out of the defined educatee based on the video data; and a guidance execution evaluation unit evaluating the degree of the educators guidance execution based on at least one among the educators feature, the feature of the guidance execution, and the feature of the question action.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
