PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a training path for obtaining a required talent mix required by a group such as a company.;SOLUTION: The company prepares the required talent mix (S1, S2,... Sn) (step 13) and stores it in a client company required talent mix table 6 (8). Next, the skill of the now-own talent of the company is measured (step 15) and stored in a now-on talent skill table 7 (9). Next, the training path to the now-own talent is obtained by referring to a training course table 10 (step 17) and stored in an individual training path table 11. Next, a cost being an optimization index is calculated with respect to each training path (20) and stored in an individual training path cost table 13.
