注重旅游英语教学中的跨文化因素

摘要

The cross--cultural communication abilities of the tourism workers draw more and more people＇s attention than ever before for its direct relation with the tourism service quality. Giving emphasis to cross--cultural factors in Tourism English teaching can facilitate the learners cross--cultural communicative competence. This paper explores it through accumulated reading on Chinese traditional culture, contrastive study of culturally loaded words and flexible use of allusions and proverbs.%涉外旅游工作者跨文化交际能力的摆弱直接影响了对外旅游服务的质量。在大学旅游英语教学中注重跨文化因素的渗透是提高学生跨文化交际水平的有效途径。本文从增强学生的中文素养、注意英汉文化中俗语差异的比较、灵活应用典故处理翻译问题等三个方面，论述如何在旅游英语教学中培养学生的跨文化交际能力。
