乳腺癌中Livin和PTEN蛋白表达与预后的相关性研究

摘要

目的:探讨乳腺癌中Livin和PTEN蛋白表达及其与临床病理因素以及预后的关系.方法:应用免疫组化Envision法检测70例原发性乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中Livin和PTEN蛋白表达,分析其表达与临床病理因素以及预后的关系.结果:乳腺癌组织中Livin和PTEN的表达均与TNM分期、病理学分级和腋窝淋巴结转移密切相关(P＜0.05),而与年龄和肿瘤大小无关.Livin与PTEN两者表达呈负相关(P＜0.05).在死亡组中,Livin表达明显高于生存组(P＜0.05),而PTEN表达明显低于生存组(P＜0.05).结论:乳腺癌中Livin表达上调和PTEN蛋白表达缺失,与乳腺癌的发生、发展及转移、浸润密切相关,并可以作为判断预后的参考指标；联合检测Livin和PTEN,有助于筛选出具有高复发及转移危险的乳腺癌患者,从而指导临床治疗.%Objective;To study the expression of Livin and PTEN in breast carcinoma and their correlation with prognosis. Methods:The expression of Livin and PTEN in 70 samples of primary infiltrating duct carcinoma of breast was evaluated with immunohistochemistry. Their relationship with clinical factors and prognosis were analyzed. Results :The expressions of both Livin and PTEN were correlated with clinical TNM staging, histological grading, and armpit lymph node metastasis (P<0.05), but were negatively correlated with age and tumor size (P>0.05). The expression of Livin was negatively correlated with that of PTEN (P < 0. 05). In the death group, the expression of livin was significantly higher than the survival group(/'<0. 05) .while the expression of PTEN was significantly lower than the survival group {P<0. 05). Conclusion:The up - regulated expression of Livin and loss expression of PTEN were correlated with tumor occurring, evolution, metastasis and infiltrating of breast carcinoma, and could be a prognostic indicator in breast carcinoma, combined detection of Livin and PTEN would be helpful in screening the patients of breast carcinoma with high risks of recurrence and metastasis, thus for further treatment.
