宫颈癌中Livin和PTEN蛋白表达与预后的相关性研究

摘要

目的：探讨宫颈癌组织中Livin和PTEN蛋白表达及其与临床病理因素以及预后的关系。方法：应用免疫组化Envision法检测65例宫颈浸润性鳞状细胞癌组织中Livin和PTEN蛋白表达，分析其表达与临床病理因素以及预后的关系。结果：宫颈癌组织中Livin的表达与肿瘤的临床分期、病理学分级和淋巴结转移情况显著相关(P<0.05)，和患者的年龄无关。 PTEN在宫颈癌和正常组织中的阳性表达率比较差异有统计学意义，与临床分期和淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05)，而与患者的年龄和宫颈癌病理学分级无相关性。Livin蛋白与PTEN蛋白两者表达呈负相关(P<0.05)。在死亡组中，Livin表达明显高于生存组(P<0.05)，而PTEN表达明显低于生存组(P<0.05)。结论：宫颈癌中Livin表达上调和PTEN蛋白表达缺失，与宫颈癌的发生、发展及转移、浸润密切相关；联合检测Livin和PTEN，有助于筛选出具有高复发及转移危险的宫颈癌患者，从而指导临床治疗。%Objecti ve: To investigate the expression of Livin and PTEN protein in cervical carcinoma and their correlation with clinicopathological factors and prognosis. Methods: The expression of Livin and PTEN in 65 cases of infiltrating squamous cell carcinoma tissue of cervix were evaluated with immunohistochemistry. Their relationship with clinicopathological factors and prognosis were analyzed. Results: The expression of Livin was correlated with clinical staging, histological grading, and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05), but was negatively correlated with age(P>0.05). The expression of PTEN was correlated with clinical staging and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05), but was negatively correlated with age and histological grading ( P>0 . 05 ) . The expression of Livin was negatively correlated with that of PTEN ( P<0 . 05 ) . In the death group , the expression of Livin was significantly higher than the survival group(P<0.05),while the expression of PTEN was significantly lower than the survival group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The up-regulated expression of Livin and down-regulated expression of PTEN were associated with tumor occurring, evolution, metastasis and infiltrating of cervical carcinoma. Combined detection of Livin and PTEN would be helpful in screening out the patients of cervical carcinoma with high risks of recurrence and metastasis, and guide further treatment.
