皮肤胶水粘合与皮内缝合在甲状腺良性结节手术中应用的随机对照研究

摘要

Objective:To evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of skin glue and intradermal suture closed thyroid surgery incision. Methods:Patients with thyroid nodules were randomly divided into intradermal suture group (group A,30 cases)and skin glue group(group B,30 cases). For two groups of patients,closed skin incision time, hospitalization days,complications,and the skin incision pain,healing of incision were observed. Patients were fol-lowed up for incision scar and beautiful degree,foreign body sensation of incision. Results:Group A and group B had no postoperative complications. The hospitalization days of group A were five days longer than group B 3 days. Class -a healing rate was 100% in two groups. The incision pain rate(3. 4% in group A and 3. 2% in group B),beautiful degree of 95% good in group A and 97% in group B,foreign body sensation(1. 7% in group A and 1. 3% in group B),there were no statistically significant difference(P > 0. 05). The closing skin average time was 13min in group A,group B 7min(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:Skin glue can shorten the length of hospitalization days and closing skin incision. It is simple,time saving,safe and feasible,patients are willing to accept.%目的：探讨皮肤胶水粘合和皮内缝合闭合甲状腺手术切口的优缺点。方法：将甲状腺结节患者随机分为皮内缝合组（A 组）30例、皮肤胶水粘合组（B 组）30例。观察两组患者关闭皮肤切口时间、住院天数、并发症、切口疼痛、切口愈合情况。远期疗效随访观察患者切口瘢痕程度及切口美观程度、异物感。结果：A 组与 B 组术后均无并发症。A 组住院天数5天，B 组3天。两组切口甲级愈合率均为100%，在切口疼痛率（A组3.4%、B 组3.2%）、美观度（好的比率 A 组95%、B 组97%）、异物感（A 组1.7%、B 组1.3%）方面，差异无统计学意义（P >0.05）。A 组关闭皮肤平均时间为13min，B 组为7min，A 组关闭皮肤时间明显长于 B 组（P <0.05）。结论：皮肤胶水粘合切口可缩短患者住院时间与皮肤切口闭合时间，简单省时、安全可行，患者乐于接受。
