核苷(酸)类似物治疗引起乙肝病毒耐药相关基因位点突变的总结分析

         

摘要

Objective To sumup drug resistant genetic mutation and clinical meaning in nucleoside (acid) analog anti HBVrnperiod. Methods The documents on nucleoside (acid) analog anti HBV and HBV drug resistant genetic mutation detection were searched in CNKI and Wanfang chinese database. Results There were sevral mutant sites and modes that LAM,ADV, ETV and LdT were resisted for HBV. The happened time was earliest and rate was more in LAM. There were sevral same mutant sites LAM between with ETV. Conclusion Knew the modes and how to happen of HBV drug resistant genetic mu tation can help to discover and sure timely HBV had been resisted and directed antivral therapy in clinical.%目的 总结核苷(酸)类似物抗乙肝病毒过程中耐药基因相关突变情况及其临床意义.方法 在中国知网(CNKI)与万方中文数据库检索核苷(酸)类似物抗HBV及HBV耐药基因多突变位点检测相关文献.结果 乙肝病毒对拉米夫定、阿德福韦酯、恩替卡韦及替比夫定耐药存在多位点、多模式基因位点突变且以拉米夫定耐药发生率最高和发生时间最早;拉米夫定与恩替卡韦存在较多耐药交叉点.结论 明确HBV耐药基因相关突变形式及发生有助于临床及时发现和确认乙型肝炎患者HBV耐药并指导抗病毒治疗.
