大学英语教师的人文困境与人文关怀

     

摘要

当前的大学英语教师正处于人文困境之中。大学英语课程的边缘化导致教师"尊重"的需要得不到满足;专业发展前途受限使教师"自我实现"的需求无法实现;教师专业素质准备、个人发展目标与大学英语专业岗位要求、发展目标错位,教师不能达到"高峰体验"的情感状态和工作佳境。对大学英语教师进行人文关怀,首先要变革观念,要建立教师——学生——教学这一整体化的教育生态系统理念,注意各生态要素的均衡发展,以维持教育生态系统的动态平衡;其次要引导社会对大学英语课程的重要性形成正确认识,使之真正尊重教师的劳动;再者,最为根本地,是要形成独立、专门的大学英语学科、专业建制,并建立与之配套的大学英语硕士、博士学位点。%College English teachers are now trapped in humane embarrassment.The marginalization of college English course deprives of the respect to teachers and the gloomy professional prospect makes it difficult to realize their value.The professional qualities and prospect of teachers can not match the requirement of their position and teachers find difficulty in working happily and efficiently.The humane care to college English teacher means changing traditional conception,establishing a new theoretical circle of teacher-student-teaching,maintaining the balance of involved sides;it also requires the proper recognition of college English course in society and social respect to teacher's labor.The essence is to establish the individual subject of college English,individual administration of college English teachers and compliment rights to issue Ph.D.and MSc.Degrees.
