The training work is carried out by various forms since National Training Programs for Teachers implemented, the good training effect has obtained. We expound training exploration and practice from the Angle of mathematics teachers' specialization, meet some problems during the training process, give corresponding countermeasures as a reference.%"国培计划"实施以来,全国各培训单位都开展了各种形式的培训工作,取得了良好的培训效果.吉林师范大学在承担"国培计划"任务过程中,对如何从数学教师专业化发展视角开展培训过程的各项工作进行了探索与实践,对培训过程中遇到的问题,提出了相应对策.
