The present invention relates to an afterschool class instructor training system executed in a network. The afterschool class instructor training system includes an education process providing server (200) for providing education process contents in various fields for afterschool classes through multiple user terminals (100). The education process providing server (200) includes: an education process DB (230) which stores the education process contents of afterschool classes related to various fields as image and text information; a category and education process display unit (240) classifying the various education process contents, which are stored in the education process DB (230) and are provided on a main page of the education process providing server (200), in accordance with categories and education process menus to display the contents; an education process image information output unit (250) which outputs the education process contents stored in the education process DB (230) corresponding to a specific education process menu selected in advance as image information; an education process text information output unit (255) which outputs text information related to a corresponding education process in linkage with the education process image information output unit (250); a first condition input unit (260) for inputting a participant number condition (C1) regarding the number of participants to engage in a specific afterschool class to be conducted; a second condition input unit (265) for inputting a time condition (C2) for the specific afterschool class to be conducted; and a simulation image information output unit (270) which outputs simulation image information reflecting the participant number condition (C1) and the time condition (C2) when the specific participant number condition (C1) and the time condition (C2) are input to the first and second condition input units (260, 265).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
