During its operation, a museum should educate and enlighten the visitors, and make them have a comfortable enjoyment and their souls purified through various services.Without the earnest research on the visitors, the correct cognition to the visitors can not be formed, and a museum cannot effectively carry out services.Based on the sufficient researches performed in the previous stage, this paper gives a summary on three problems existing in the current service of Chinese museum, i.e.simple exhibition mode, less abundant and proper interpretation service, as well as unsatisfactory supporting service.Some corresponding countermeasures are given in this paper to promote the further perfection of Chinese museum service according to these problems.
