硫酸镁与孟鲁司特合并用于60例小儿支气管哮喘患者的临床效果观察

摘要

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of magnesium sulfate combined with montelukast for 60 children with bronchial asthma.Methods:A total of 120 children with bronchial asthma who were treated in May 2015~May 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group was treated with magnesium sulfate alone, while the observation group was treated with magnesium sulfate and montelukast.Then compare the clinical efficacy of patients in both groups and the improvement of clinical symptoms.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group (96.7%) was better than that of the control group (78.3%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of magnesium sulfate and montelukast is effective in the treatment of children with bronchial asthma, which can effectively promote the early rehabilitation of children.%目的:分析硫酸镁与孟鲁司特合并用于60例小儿支气管哮喘患者的临床效果.方法:选取某院2015年5月~2016年5月收治的120例小儿支气管哮喘患者,随机分成对照组和观察组.对照组单纯使用硫酸镁展开治疗,而观察组患者则是硫酸镁与孟鲁司特合并治疗的方式,比较两组患者的临床疗效以及临床症状改善的情况.结果:观察组(96.7%)治疗总有效率优于对照组(78.3%),差异在统计学方面的意义(P<0.05).结论:硫酸镁与孟鲁司特合并用治疗小儿支气管哮喘患者的临床效果明确,能有效促进患儿早日康复.
