FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: method involves determining TTH, T3, T4 by applying radioimmunoassay. The obtained data are processed and circadian rhythm plot is built for each hormone to determine individual acrophase and bathyphase time. Acrophase confidence interval for TTH production biorhythm beginning from 8 o'clock and further, for T3 beginning from 5 o'clock and further, for T4 beginning from 12 o'clock and further, and bathyphase values of quasi-diurnal TTH secretion rhythm beginning from 12 o'clock and further, T3 beginning from 17 o'clock and further, T4 beginning from 00 o'clock and further, pituitary-thyroidal system desynchronosis is to be diagnosed in severe clinical course bronchial asthma patients.;EFFECT: high accuracy in detecting desynchronosis availability; reduced risk of adverse side effects; earlier remission period onset.;3 dwg
