“95后”大学生学生干部的现状及培养策略研究

摘要

College student cadres born after 1995 are active in thinking,rich in innovative consciousness just as they are strong in self-esteem while fragile in inner essence;tough in self-consciousness while weak from lack of sense responsibility;inclined to be utilitarian and more conscious of official standard thought etc.This paper,combined with the characteristics of college student cadres born after 1995,suggests enhancing fostering the college student cadres through two concrete ways,i.e.,constructing managerial system and cultivation system of college student cadres.%“95后”大学生学生干部思维活跃、富有创新意识，但也存在自尊心强、内心脆弱敏感，自我意识强、责任意识淡薄，功利主义倾向、官本位思想较为严重等问题。结合“95后”大学生学生干部具体特点，提出了通过大学生干部管理制度建设和培训体系建设两种途径加强对“95后”学生干部培养的具体策略。
