基于微课的教师专业发展培养模式研究

             

摘要

随着信息化时代的到来,旧有的培养模式已不能适应社会对教师专业发展的要求.探讨基于微课的教师专业发展理论机理,尝试提出构建既能利用现有资源,又能借助信息化手段的基于微课的教师专业发展培养模式,从而实现有针对性的导向学习、教学反思和教育研究,促进教师全方面的专业成长.%With the coming of the information age, the old training model can′t adapt to the teachers′ professional development any longer.This paper, based on the micro-lectures, analyzes the theoretical feasibility of the teacher professional development model, and tries to build a model which can not only make full use of available resources but also take advantage of the digital environment and electronic teaching methods.Through the construction and application of the model,the teachers can realize the targeted learning, studying and reflective thinking , and thus promote one′s professional development.
