西部独立学院外语教师科研能力:问题与对策探讨--以云南大学旅游文化学院为例

         

摘要

The findings of a questionnaire survey conducted among 62 foreign language teachers from Tourism and Culture College of Yunnan University have revealed that the statue quo of foreign language teachers‘ academic research ability in Western regions ’ Independent College is far from satisfactory .The dissatisfaction with the statue quo has manifested itself to a certain extent in six aspects including academ -ic research team, awareness, achievements, ability, influential factors and promotion and development . On the basis of analyzing the status quo , this study also puts forward some feasible measures to promote and improve foreign language teachers ’ academic research ability in Independent Colleges from both insti-tutional and individual planes for the purpose of strengthening their ability of academic research and pro -fessional development .%通过对云南大学旅游文化学院外语系62名教师的问卷调查,发现西部独立学院外语教师的科研现状令人担忧。这种令人担忧的现状在科研队伍、科研意识、科研成果、科研能力、科研影响因素和科研能力提升与发展等六个方面都有不同程度的反映。在分析现状的基础上,从学院和教师两个层面提出提高独立学院外语教师科研能力的可行对策,以促进教师科研能力和职业能力的发展。
