小学教师的道德教育问题及对策

Primary education showed significant particularit, so the teachers need to have high moral quali⁃ties. However, there are many problems about moral development of primary school teachers. For example, they lack awareness of moral education and awareness fair, and their dedication relatively weak. Strengthen moral de⁃velopment of elementary teachers. We need to agree the identity of teachers. We must strengthen teachers' pro⁃fessional quality training through a variety of methods, strict access mechanism of primary school teachers, and improve the evaluation mechanism and monitoring mode..%小学教育的特殊性，使得对教师的道德素质要求也相应较高。然而，当前小学教师的道德发展存在着道德教育意识淡薄，公平公正意识缺乏，敬业精神不强等问题。加强对小学教师的道德培养，需要认同教师身份，多渠道加强教师专业素质培养，严格把关小学教师的准入机制，完善评价机制和监督考核模式。
