建构主义视角下利比亚和埃及关系探析（1945-1973）

摘要

利比亚和埃及是北非地区的两个重要的国家，两国地理位置相邻、宗教信仰相同、语言文化相似，拥有深厚的历史渊源。从1945年到1973年，两国关系从彼此戒备的竞争状态到最终实现合并建立阿拉伯共和国联盟，经历了建构主义无政府文化下的洛克文化向康德文化转变。在这一过程中相互依存、共同命运、同质性发挥了重要的作用。%Libya and Egypt are two important countries in North Africa. The two countries have the same geographical position,religious beliefs, language and culture.They have a deep historical origin. From 1945 to 1973, the relationship between the two countries developed from mutual-vigilance competition to finally establishing the Federation of Arab Republics and from the Lockean Culture to Kantian Culture under the Constructivism Anarchism Culture. In the process, interdependence, common fate, homogeneity plays an im-portant role.
