“同伴互助”:提高教育实习指导有效性的可行途径

         

摘要

教育实习是教师职前教育的重要内容,我国近年来一直重视教育实习改革,取得了一定的进步,但教育实习总体效果并不理想。当前,我国教育实习指导主要存在指导时间不足、指导内容窄化、指导方式单一等问题,而“同伴互助”以其指导时间地点的便利性、指导氛围的宽松化等优势,成为了教育实习指导的补充模式。教育实习指导中的“同伴互助”可通过同伴生成和条约制定、集体备课和课堂观摩、科学分析与平等对话三个环节加以实施。同时,“同伴互助”模式还需要一系列支持条件:实习生的开放意识和互助技巧是前提,积极的学校政策导向和制度支撑是保障,指导教师的支持是关键。%Internship is an important part of pre-service teacher education. In recent years,great importance has been attached to the reform of intership for pre-service teachers in China. Although progess had been made in this respect,the overall effect is not always satisfactory. The existing problems include insufficient time spent in supervising,shrink in actual supervision in terms of content,and homogeneity in means adopted for supervision offered. Peer assistance can be implemented as an supplement through peer generation and treaty formulation,collective lesson preparation and class observation,scientific analysis and dialogue on the basis of equality. However,peer assistance needs a series of supporting conditions: the interns' opening consciousness and skills in offering assistance,schools’positive policy orientation and scafolding and teacher trainers’ support.
