基于职业能力培养的“12562”实践教学模式

             

摘要

实践教学是高等职业院校人才培养的重要环节,传统的实践教学在认识、资金投入、师资队伍建设、教学方法和校外实训基地利用率等方面存在一定问题。为了强化学生的实践动手能力,提高实践教学质量,培养基于职业素质下的应用型人才,结合我院市场开发与营销专业教育教学改革的具体实践,提出了基于职业能力培养的“12562”实践教学模式,并探索过程性评价和综合性评价结合、校内评价和校外评价结合的两结合、多层次、立体化实践项目的考核评价体系。实践证明:学生学习的积极性和主动性大大增强,学生综合运用理论知识分析和解决实际问题的能力大幅度提高。%Practice teaching is an important part of higher vocational colleges'personal training. The traditional practice teaching has some problems on understanding, capital investment, teacher team construction, teaching methods and the utilization rate of off-campus practice bases. In order to strengthen students'practical ability, improve the quality of practice teaching, cultivate professional application-oriented talents, combined with the teaching reform in our market development and marketing major, we put forward the “ 12562” practice teaching model which based on professional ability training, and try to find an evaluation system which is an combination of process evaluation and comprehensive evaluation, as while as an combination of internal evaluation and external evaluation. The practice proves that students' enthusiasm and initiative of learning are greatly enhanced; students'ability of using theory knowledge to analysis actual problem is increased significantly.
